The President
As the Academic Center's highest academic and administrative authority, the President initiates, prepares and coordinates the authorization and implementation of new study programs, recruitment of faculty members and researchers, academic activities, conferences and research, as well as initiating and implementing exposure and media events necessary to the development of Ruppin Academic Center. The President bears overall responsibility for implementing decisions made by the Board of Governors, the Academic Council and the Governing Council.

The General Director
The General Director is responsible for all administrative issues related to the Center's development and operations. The General Director is chosen by the Governing Council based on the President's recommendation.

Executive Committee
The Executive Committee is the Association Council and the authority in charge of administering the association, its affairs and assets, within the framework of policy determined and decisions made by the Board of Governors.
Among its various functions, the Executive Committee is authorized to discuss and approve the association's budget and make changes thereto. The Executive Committee makes recommendations to the Board of Governors regarding the appointment of the institution head, appoints the institution head's deputies, legal counsel, the financial administration head, and approves delegation of the authority held by the head of the institution.

Board of Governors
The Board of Governors' main authority lies in debating multi-annual objectives, plans of operation and budgets and the approval thereof, as well as determining association policy. The Board of Governors selects the Executive Committee and its chairman, the head of the institution based upon the Executive Committee's recommendation and the association accountant.
The Board of Governors receives and discusses annual reports, approves salaries for those association members who are position holders and approves the association's financial reports. The Board initiates the development of financing resources and determines the articles of association.

Deans
The Deans head the schools and bear responsibility for the Chairman of the Governing Council, for preparing development programs and recruiting faculty members, for budget adherence and implementation of on-going plans.
Academic Department Heads
The Academic Department Heads bear overall responsibility for department operations. The Department Heads must ensure the sound functioning of their departments and their pedagogic committees, students handling and development of plans and teaching methods.
Academic Department Secretariats
The Academic Department Secretariats handle all administrative issues: student registration and acceptance, class scheduling based on pedagogic committee instructions, student requests, report preparation, grade sheets and student files. The Secretariats constitute the link between teachers and students. Requests must be submitted to the Department Secretariats during reception hours only.
