Students will be required to show valid student identification at the conference registration
desk when picking up their registration package.

Conference fees include access to all conference sessions, opening reception, coffee
breaks, lunch, participant bag and closing banquet.

Cancellation Policy:
Refund of registration fees will be provided as follows:

Prior to April 30, 2012- full refund, minus US$ 50 processing fee.
After May 1, 2012 - no refund.

Please make your reservation directly with your preferred hotel. In order to ensure the special
reduced rate, when making the reservation please notify the hotel in writing that you are
conference participants and guests of Ruppin Academic Center.
