Structure of the 2011 academic program
In order to complete the program 73 credits are required according to the following specification:
First year
Compulsory courses - 22 credits
Elective courses - 2 credits
Pre practicum - 8 credits
Second year
Compulsory courses - 28 credits
Elective courses - 2 credits
Practicum - 8 credits
Final essay - 3 credits
Final paper:
The final paper is written based on empirical research, in the form of an extended seminarpaper, supervised by a faculty member of the program. A research seminar will during the second year will be part of the supervisory process. The final paper will be submitted not later than August 31 of the second year.
Duration of studies and their form
The duration of the program is two academic years (four semesters).
In the first year studies will take place three days a week throughout the entire day:
On Sunday - Monday classes will take place at the Ruppin Academic Center.
On Wednesday or Thursday a clinical workday will be held at the practicum sites.
In addition, at the end of each semester there will be a concentrated study week at the Ruppin Academic Center.
In the second year studies will take place four days a week throughout the entire day:
On Sunday - Monday classes will take place at the Ruppin Academic Center.
On Wednesday and Thursday clinical workdays will be held at the practicum sites.
In addition, at the end of each semester there will be a concentrated studying week at the Ruppin Academic Center.
