Migrants' Integration Through Education (MINTE)- Erasmus+ project

Project Migrants' Integration Through Education (MINTE) focuses on the situation of migrants (especially Ukrainian refugees) in receiving countries.  It is an international project aiming at facilitating the development of workable integration policies by municipalities in Poland and the Czech Republic and monitoring and learning good practices of migrants’ integration in other European countries and Israel. The goal is to allow the people in the field to gain knowledge and insights for effective communication with immigrants and thus facilitate the integration of immigrants in a new country. In addition, the project will develop a multimedia course on international migration focusing on Central Europe. A broader investigation of the digital competencies of migrants will also be carried out to understand how municipalities should provide information to and communicate with migrants.
Project consortium: Charles University, project leader (Czech Republic), Cracow University of Economics (Poland), University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Poland), Ruppin Academic Center (Israel), Migration Policy Group (Belgium). In addition to the project consortium, civil society organizations and selected municipalities also collaborate on the project.
Project duration: 9/2022 - 8/2025

The project Migrant Integration Through Education (MINTE) has been funded with support from the European Commission under the Erasmus+ Program.
