Advantages of the program: Five years after graduation, the program’s alumni earn the second-highest salary of all alumni in the field from all the colleges and universities in Israel, according to a survey that the Israeli Central Bureau of Statistics conducted in 2012 comparing the alumni of all the institutions that teach business administration in Israel. The major’s reputation for excellence also is reflected in the conclusions of the important business magazine Forbes, which ranked the quality of the business administration faculty at the Ruppin Academic Center number four in Israel based on a September 2016 examination of factors such as teaching quality and alumni’s success in the job market.
About the field: Business administration is an interdisciplinary field of knowledge that deals with management theory of for-profit organizations. Business administration studies touch on a variety of topics: marketing, finance, accounting, motivating employees, human resource management, information systems management, business entrepreneurship, and more. Studies provide wide-ranging, systemic, current, and practical knowledge on this topic and enable students to develop managerial and professional abilities that build on this knowledge.
